Ok..so I did really well with the blog posting until school started and life got insane. :)
I am sharing this awesome contest from TruShape because this is something I have considered. Having four big babies and four C-sections has really changed by body shape. :) I'm sure all those late night snacks don't help much either. Check it out!

Happy New Year...two weeks late!
So I have to say that the holiday season just about did me in. I realized that my last post was in OCTOBER and wow can I just say life didn't get any less busy after that. It seems like these days everyone is rushing around like little ants trying to accomplish who knows what. Sometimes I wish for a simpler time.
But enough whining. Let's get on with more important matters like the fact that it is a new year. I've done a lot of thinking over the past few weeks as I'm sure everyone does around this time of the year about the past and my present and of course the future. I think I tried to make "resolutions" several times over the years and maybe I have even accomplished a few but I'm more of a person who decides one day to change something and then works on it until it is accomplished or I decide to give myself a break.
So instead of goals or resolutions I'm going to use the term my "working on its." We all know that there are things we need to be doing and maybe if we just break it down and try to take one day at a time we can relax a little bit. My husband keeps trying to remind me that it's more important to be going in the right direction a little bit at a time rather than trying to get there all at once. I'm the type of girl that likes to get things done and off my "list". This does not work in the long run because I get so overwhelmed that I quit. So..I am trying to enjoy each day as it is and focus on making each day the best it can be. If I don't exercise that day or eat too much chocolate or leave some things unmarked on my list, SO WHAT? Tomorrow is a new day and I'm blessed to have another opportunity.
So I guess you could say I do have a "goal" for this year and that's to not give myself too hard of a time and remind myself often that I'm working on it.
May you be successful on working on it too this year!
